The IAC would like to invite you to participate in the Exhibit Session & Trade Show being held during our Annual IAC Membership Meeting.
The exhibit fee includes an exhibitor name badge, 6x8 booth space, 6’ skirted table*, 2 chairs, identification sign as well as full membership meeting for one person, including workshops, general sessions & the Awards Luncheon. If you need electricity please contact the hotel directly.
*Extra tables are the exhibitors responsibility as space allows. No exceptions.
Booth numbers will be assigned on-site, upon registration. Space is limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis. To reserve your space, complete the form below and return it along with the applicable fee. Exhibit hall is NOT secure, therefore each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own booth, materials, etc. The IAC is not responsible for theft or damages.
Booth setup will be at December 10th at 1:00 pm and tear down on December 13th at 3pm. No early setups.
Exhibitors Hours: 8am-5pm Tuesday and Wednesday and 8am-3pm Thursday.
Donations for the Silent Auction are greatly appreciated - silent auction proceeds benefit the IAC Scholarship Fund.
